We hold this fundamental assumption:

Not only we are given a two-fold purpose, namely to develop human qualities and to contribute to the advancement of society, but life continuously provides us with the opportunities to fulfill that purpose.

Developing human qualities does not happen in a vacuum. One can not develop kindness, generosity, forgiveness, honesty, etc alone and without interaction. It is only in the context of relationships, as our rough edges rub against each other, that we actually gain an opportunity to develop our qualities.

We therefore view even the most insurmountable circumstances as opportunity for development of human qualities. We honour and embrace crisis because it is the ground from which progress is possible.

Course description:

Our Coaching Relationship courses are about transforming our relationship with conflict, rather than a conflict resolution approach – so that we can begin to see conflict as an opportunity for development and growth.

Coaching couples or teams is quite different than coaching individuals. Although there are common skill sets which are needed, yet one must develop another set of skills to be able to effectively work with teams or couples.

This course provides active, participatory learning and simulated coaching practice.

We hold this fundamental assumption:

That everything happens for a reason, that nothing is just a senseless event or bad luck – that there is a much greater wisdom in all that happens. Given that the purpose of our life is to develop human qualities as an individual and to contribute to the advancement of the larger world, then the worst experiences of injustice, trauma, abuse or anxiety, also offer us opportunities to develop our human qualities and to serve those who suffer.

The above statement, by no means, intends to endorse the injustices that are so rampant in the world today. On the contrary, this concept also holds at the level of society. The injustices we see today in the world are calling us, as one human race, to re-examine our assumptions and to develop the qualities, capabilities, and structures so needed to transform this world into a different one. Therefore, far from accepting injustice as a proper mode of interaction between human beings, we propose that through the healing and empowerment of victims, we gain the resources so desperately necessary for the transformation of the darkness of our times.

Our Approach:

This course helps to redefine your own relationship with pain and suffering, and allows you to gain the skills and tools needed to help others do the same. Although we honour the past, we process the pain from the present. If we view pain as energy, it needs to be processed and released in order to become available for progress. In this method, principals of Quantum physics and neuro science are used in concert with spiritual principals, providing a method for processing stuck energy, shifting thought patterns and reshaping habits.

Course Description:

Coaching trauma is a most rewarding experience. Although one needs all the basic coaching skills and tools, the work particularly requires hope, compassion, love, and patience.

This method of coaching trauma is to provide the love and safety for the affected individual to be with whatever emotions or reactions get triggered for them. They have an opportunity to process their own reality, as seen in the light of Divine love and wisdom. As they release the energy that has accumulated with the recurring experience of their emotions, they discover the meaning in their suffering, and finally make peace with whatever is their source of agony. This, of course, is a long-term process and requires understanding certain principles and gaining particular skills.

We have designed this module to provide you with:An opportunity for you to walk towards hope and healing in your own life

  • An environment that will develop your own capacity to be present with the pain of others
  • Skills and tools to create a safe space for pain and suffering to present itself in a constructive manner
  • Skills to handle extreme emotions
  • A roadmap to facilitate a process from suffering to possibility
  • Details of how to initiate, continue, and conclude the entire process
  • Other details such as setting up agreements, frequency of sessions, length of time required, etc.
